Community Partners and Supporters:
NorthStar Family Resource Center (NSFRC) is excited to announce the 2025 Toy Giveaway! This event will take place on Monday, December 22, 2025, at our office located at 255 NE Coach Anders Lane, Lake City, Florida 32055. The event will be from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives toys for the holiday season.
We are seeking your support in this initiative. We invite your organization to contribute by donating new, unwrapped toys or monetary gifts. To allow us time to prepare, all donations must be delivered to the NorthStar Family Resource Center by December 19, 2025.
NSFRC is one of four Family Resource Centers founded and operated by Partnership for Strong Families (PSF). Established in 2003, PSF serves as the lead Community-Based Care agency for 13 counties in North Central Florida. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, PSF is contracted by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide comprehensive child welfare services to children who are victims of abuse and neglect. Additionally, PSF works with at-risk families to prevent child abuse and reduce the likelihood of children entering the out-of-home care system.
NorthStar Family Resource Center is co-located at the Richardson Community Center and offers a wide array of services and supports for community members of all ages, all provided free of charge thanks to grant funding and partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and government entities. Our services include academic assistance for K-12 students, emergency food assistance, faxing and computer access, notary services, employment resources, support for senior adults, and connections to other community resources.
Thank you for your continued support of families in Columbia County and the surrounding areas. If you have any questions regarding this request or any other way you or your organization can help support the work at NSFRC, please feel free to contact Philip J. Mobley, Sr. MBA, Ed.D , at (386) 758-3319, or email philip.mobley@pfsf.org
