The Roberts Companies, founded by Avery C. Roberts, has been in the real estate development, horizontal construction, and timber industries since 1980. Avery, and his son, C. Austen Roberts, have grown the brand of companies and subsidiaries to be leaders in the region in their diverse specialties. Through our Alternative Investments division, we identify and structure unique investment vehicles that deliver strong returns outside traditional markets.  Our Real Estate Investments team specializes in the strategic acquisition, entitlement, and development of high-potential land assets across Florida and the Southeast. With Site Preparation capabilities that include horizontal construction, earthwork, and reclamation services, we bring projects from raw land to development-ready with efficiency and precision.  And through our Timber and Agriculture operations, we actively manage timberland and farmland holdings, balancing sustainable stewardship with long-term value creation. Together, these integrated capabilities allow us to see opportunity where others see complexity—and deliver results at every stage of the land lifecycle.
