Sol Studio is an Ashiatsu massage specialty clinic. Founded in 2018 by mother-daughter duo, Teri and Mallory, Sol Studio exists to provide a unique, custom massage experience that bridges the gap between spa and medical. Here at Sol, all of our practitioners are passionate about giving a unique, custom, and effective massage experience by using a technique called Ashiatsu. Ashiatsu is a massage modality in which the massage therapist uses their feet in combination with their body weight to give broad, consistent, and compressive pressure throughout the massage on a treatment table with overhead parallel bars for the massage therapist to use for balance and safety. Ashiatsu is designed to give you the results of a deep tissue massage, but with the comfort of a Swedish relaxation massage. Highly customizable to your specific needs, Ashiatsu massage is great for relaxation lovers and deep tissue enthusiasts alike. Our approach to massage is personalized, seeing each person as an individual, and view muscle and mobility conditions as a whole involving soft and connective tissue, habits, patterns of behavior, and emotion.
