Hooked on Heroes is a non-profit organization that serves Veterans of all branches, with or without disabilities, by providing fishing trips for veterans at special events. Our nonprofit agency, through the generosity of volunteers, supplies all the fishing needs necessary, including their fishing license for the day, so these men and women can enjoy a trip on the water without cost. We provide various fishing items such as, fishing rods, reels, hooks, fishing line, popping corks, artificial bait, and other items. We supply such items and lunch for the day. Not only do we provide a day of fishing for our veterans, but we pride ourselves in giving back to the people who ensure our freedom.

Every $100 Donation Ensures A Veteran Feels Our Appreciation and Experiences the Joy of Being on the Open Water of the Gulf of Mexico for a Day of Fishing and Fun!

We need your support to make this service happen. We do not have paid employees, so every person involved is on a volunteer-basis. You can volunteer as well. We are accepting applications for volunteer captains for our events as well. We are in need and accepting all volunteers, donations of monies, and new on-water items (tackle, hand towels, cooling rags, water, snacks, life jackets, clip-on umbrellas, sunscreen).

Hooked on Heroes is an official nonprofit organization 501(c)3 that is established and equipped to take several groups of Veterans out for a day on the water for a nice relaxing fishing trip…. until that BIG catch!
