Propertunity Real Estate Pros / PREP - our story:

Our founder Chuck moved to North Central Florida in 1972 at age 9, and began his real estate journey in 1984 at the young age of 20. He lives between Lake City and Gainesville, FL with his wife and their 3 children. 

In the real estate industry for over 40 years (over 20 as Broker/Owner), Chuck gave the company a facelift in 2018 and Propertunity was born. Since that time, PREP has grown a rock solid team of agents who share the desire to put their customer’s needs before their own. We typically cover from St. Augustine to Tallahassee, and Ocala to the FL/GA line (but have been known to go further for our loyal customers).

The PREP team is passionate about making the selling process as seamless as possible for sellers, and helping buyers find that perfect home or commercial property no matter how long it takes. When we are not actively working for our customers, our team is diligently studying new laws, learning new technology to put our customers in the lead, and meeting together to integrate ways to improve our company.
