North Florida Surgery Center is a community outpatient surgery center offering a wide range of procedures. The center is licensed by the State of Florida, Medicare approved and has been accredited by the Joint Commission for over 20 years. in 1996, we are the oldest ambulatory surgery center in Columbia County.  

We aspire to serve the people of our community.  Our facility is conveniently located and many of our patients come from the surrounding counties of North Florida including Suwannee, Hamilton, Branford, Union, Baker, Alachua, Lafayette, Gilchrist, Dixie, Madison and Taylor.
