Lake City Nursing, LLC, dba Palms Nursing & Rehab at Lake City, is a 95-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Along with being the bridge between hospital and home, we offer a variety of services to promote motivation, self-expression, self-reliance, and independence.

Our team of Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists along with our skilled nursing staff will strive to make your stay comfortable and beneficial.
