Plant: Start with the truth

Our financial diagnostic is an in-depth review of your books, including your general ledger, P&L, balance sheet, payroll, and bank statements. You get a straight answer on what you’re doing well, what needs work, and what’s wrong and how to fix it. It’s built for owners with no accountant, owners who already have one, and anyone who simply wants a second set of eyes.

For churches: In most churches, one or two dedicated volunteers handle all the money and nobody checks the work until there’s an issue. Our financial inspection finds the gaps first and shows your pastor and finance committee how to close them.

Grow: Fix what’s broken

If the diagnostic turns up problems, we’ll scope a clean-up project with a clear price before any work begins. Clean books only stay clean when the habits behind them change, so we’ll also tell you plainly what needs to change on your end.

Harvest: Put your numbers to work

Once your financials are right, they become a tool instead of a chore. We use them for cash flow planning, decision-making, and advice you can act on. Where it’s a fit on both sides, we also provide ongoing monthly accounting.
