Garden Street Communities is a regional company with offices in six states across the Southeast. Our headquarters is in Pensacola and our local office is in Gainesville. We’ve developed close to 7,300 residential lots over the years servicing Adams Homes. Adams Homes, founded in 1991, built over 4,000 homes last year and just celebrated their 50,000th customer served.
