Will provide assistance to the general public with regards to planning, growth management, and concurrency management issues and function as the Land Development Regulations Administrator for the County.

Work involves the inspection of all phases of building construction and alteration (structural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical) including sites, buildings, structures and facilities to insure compliance with codes.
