Project Overview

Join our team as a Project Manager where you will lead the "cradle-to-grave" execution of backup power infrastructure projects. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that generator systems are installed safely, on time, and in strict compliance with electrical codes. 

 Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Lead projects from initial purchase order through  installation completion.
• Site Operations: Conduct site feasibility studies, review engineering drawings (one-lines, schematics), and coordinate equipment offloading/rigging. Coordinate power disconnects/reconnects, and inspections.
• Team Leadership: Manage on-site field technicians and third-party subcontractors, including work allocation and performance oversight.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations adhere to OSHA standards, NFPA 110, and EPA Tier 4 emissions regulations.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience: 5–8+ years in project management within the power generation or electrical industry.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and vendor relationships.
