Another Way, Inc. (AW) has served survivors of domestic and sexual assault for over 35 years. We are the only certified domestic violence and rape crisis center for Columbia, Dixie, Hamilton, Gilchrist, Lafayette, and Levy counties, and the sole rape crisis center in Suwannee County. AW provides confidential shelter, outreach, education, training, and a 24/7 helpline. Our mission is to support and empower survivors through shelter and advocacy while engaging communities through awareness and education. Our vision is communities with zero tolerance for domestic and sexual violence. AW is seeking an Executive Director to lead and grow the organization. This role oversees all programs, services, staff, and volunteers, and ensures alignment with our mission. The Executive Director supervises key personnel and works with an external accounting firm. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to supporting survivors.
