We pride ourselves on efficient operations and a supportive working environment. Our team operates Monday through Friday and rotates on-call weekends and nights.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Efficiently schedule and book freight to meet customer and company requirements, optimizing delivery routes for time and fuel efficiency.

- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely departures and arrivals while understanding customer needs and shipping requirements.

- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries professionally.

- Anticipate logistical issues, respond swiftly to crises, and collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective solutions.

- Ensure all bookings are confirmed, and documented accurately, and adjust schedules dynamically based on real-time factors.

**Required Skills and Qualifications: **

- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on scheduling and route planning.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and customer service.

- Proven problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience in a logistics or dispatch environment.
