Celebrate the memory of your loved one by attending a Tree of Life Ceremony hosted by Community Hospice and Palliative Care On December 3rd from 5 PM to 7 PM at Lifestyle Enrichment Center in Lake City Florida. Other locations are available on different dates. 

You will have the opportunity to place your loved one's ornament on our memory tree.
