Oasis of Hope Therapy would like to extend an invitation to you to attend our very first Mental Health Awareness Event! 

The purpose of the event is to raise awareness to eliminate the stigma that mental health ought to be seen negatively. We wish to let everyone know that they are not alone in their struggles. Encouragement from various businesses, organizations, churches, and groups like yours will aid those who are struggling. We need your assistance, friends and neighbors, to make this an occasion to remember. 

Here is a list of ways you can help make this day spectacular!

1. Setting up a booth and handing out any giveaways you would like. This may include anything that your company may have related to mental health or just general swag to show your support.
We will also be hosting a booth contest! The booth that decorates using the theme "Go Big Green" the best will win a team prize and free booth space in 2026.
• 10x10 space $15
• 10x20 space $25

2. Entering the Emotional Fun Run around the lake (dress up/decorate as a group or an individual as something representing an emotion). Happy could be the sun or smiley faces, Sadness could be rain clouds or everyone in blue; anger could be fire or even Hulk. Get creative; just please keep it appropriate. No entries may contain anything violent/horror/fake blood/death.
• Single entry $10
• Group entry (5 or less) $30
• Large group entry (6 or more) $45
o All groups or individuals may choose to walk or drive (golf carts only) around the lake.
o Music is welcome and encouraged.
o Best Dressed Group or Individual will be voted on and will win a Grand Prize!

3. Volunteer to help
• We will be looking for up to 30 volunteers to help us keep the event going smoothly and help clean up afterward.

4. Donate
• Items/Gift Cards/Promo Gear for our Raffle Baskets/Time (become a volunteer for the event)
• Products/ Equipment (tents, bounce houses, porta potties, etc.) /Services (photography, face painting, food vendors, etc.) are all greatly appreciated and will contribute to the success of our event.
• Sponsor
o Help provide the items needed for the event. You can choose an individual part of the event you would like to sponsor, and we will supply the list of items needed for that specific part.
o Help financially fund a specific portion of the event or its needs.
• Financial donations
o Checks may be written out to Refuge of Peace INC.
o This is the non-profit organization we fully support and are happy to share information about if you choose.
o All donations directly written to this organization can be supplied with a receipt with the tax ID number needed for tax purposes.
• All donators will be honorably displayed in our facility and in the main office for Refuge of Peace.

5. JOIN US
• If your company is unable to do any of the above, we hope you will still join us.
• Bring your family.
• Spread the word.
