Downtown BBQ Showdown Presented by the City of Lake City

Description

The Downtown BBQ Showdown Cook-Off is a two day sanctioned Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) professional contest.

Cook teams compete in the four KCBS meat categories: chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket. 

There will also be Arts and Craft Vendors and Food Trucks.
