NorthStar Family Resource Center is excited about its upcoming annual Community Health and Wellness Expo on October 4, 2025. 

This year's focus will cover the following areas: 

•Mental health and substance misuse prevention 

•Healthy eating •Impacts of changes to Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act 

•Benefits of exercise, including chair exercise 

•Management of blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels 

•Supplements, such as Vitamin D, Omega-3, probiotics, and magnesium, and how they play a crucial role in maintaining overall health.
