This session will provide practical examples and expert tips on documentation and compliance to help you optimize your tax benefits while hosting engaging and productive events.  

About The Presenter: Joy is a CPA and owner of Aligned CPA, LLC in Lake City, FL where she helps business owners who want the support to grow by providing them with accounting, tax preparation, and proactive tax planning.

Joy is also a Certified Tax Planner with the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners and was named a top “40 Under 40” CPA in the accounting profession for 2015 by the CPA Practice Advisor, as well as earning the Small Business of the Year award in 2016 by the Lake City-Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. But her most proud recognition was as the 2023 Employer of the Year from the Chamber of Commerce.

She is involved in many organizations and has held leadership positions with the Lake City Chamber of Commerce, Ronald McDonald House, Happy House, and Altrusa International, and is a current Board member of PASBA.
