Nina Rowan, Lake City Mortgage Lender, has been working in the financial services industry for over 8 years. She enjoys meeting new clients and building lasting relationships throughout the home buying process. Nina was born in Miami, Florida but grew up in the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina. She then moved to Lake City, Florida where she’s lived for the last 13 years. Nina graduated with a degree in Finance and degree in Financial Services from the University of North Florida.
As an active member of the Lake City Board of Realtors and her local Altrusa club Nina enjoys volunteering and giving back to her community. When she’s not working or volunteering, she spends her time on rivers kayaking, at the beach with her dog, or traveling with her husband Matthew.
Nina believes that her knowledge, thoughtfulness and strong communication skills are what set her apart from other lenders. Nina will always be there to answer any questions and will work diligently to ensure the home buying process be as smooth as possible for her clients.
