Started by a third generation pyrotechnician, KYNEX Inc. has decades of experience in the fireworks trade. Fred Mowry Jr started the family down the path that they are on today, doing blasting, fireworks and even movie special effects he trained his sons to continue on the legacy. KYNEX owner James Kyne was trained by his mother and uncles in the trade early in his adult life and continued training in the military as a Marine infantry assaultman doing demolition and breaching and serving two combat deployments in Afghanistan.
